Vacation & Paid Time Off

cant get my vacation when i want it

Kicked in after 3 months but I'd much rather have a higher hourly rate. I'm not really interested in benefits that slowly accrue over years at call centers as there have been very regular layoffs/cutbacks at the ones that I have worked at.

PTO is accrued instead of FTO like most tech companies. Bosses question every moment you aren't at work. Having to do the *cough cough, I'm sick* acting game is never fun. Sometimes you just need a day off..

Good allowance for time off, however it may not be approved due to too many people being off at the time and/or business needs.
