Most of the training is done via computer but if you're new you'll have a supervisor you can count on to help you as issues arise.

They can prepare you for how to make burgers and handle small problems. They cannot prepare you for angry coworkers. Customers throwing food and drinks. Death threats and the mentally not there. They cannot prepare you for dreaming of this place even when you are off.

Training is only on how to do your job. They do not train you on the food.
