Job Training

Training is immersive, it's scary if you're just starting but good overall.

The job training for crew members was basically sink or swim treatment. As a drive through cashier, I got to wear a spare headset and listen to the other cashier for an hour. After that, the drive through was all mine. I really didn't know what I was doing, but I managed to get by just fine. Training to be a shift leader was like pulling teeth. There's a training textbook, which is easy enough. Problem is, once you finish the actual training it takes forever for management to actually promote you.

Though the teaining period was quite extensive , expanding 10 weeks, material and training methods did not seem to be adequate. Though basic necessary knowledge was acquired training did not provide in detail or focused experience for specific work related situation situations.

1 week no pay training. No matter how many hours you have worked during the first week on the job, you don't get paid.

They teach you pretty much everything

Really easy and not very thorough but I still understood everything

Average on the job learn as you go training. You learn at a good pace and people understand if you make mistakes and you're still learning.

The management does NOT train you, they leave it to the employees to train the new employees, they are lazy managers who sit in their office all day and then complain when things go wrong because they're not supervising.

They didn't really train me. They gave me the job an said here you go, get started.
