you get 12 days when you join. I tried to negotiate with the talent acquisition specialist, but he did not respond to my email or phone calls. I accepted the offer as it was hoping to solve this with the hiring manager. The hiring manager's response was "oh well". I used to have 20 days of paid vacation plus 2 floating holiday days, I feel like I've got screwed.
