The trainers are some of the best I've ever come across. I started in the industry brand new and without a lick of experience. I could have used a little more handholding and honestly I'm shocked I was able to start talking to customers as quickly as I was but it was something to pick up quick. The important things were covered extensively. The factors for success were discussed on weekly and scheduled but irregular calls and managers were always available to go over tight spots with. I was able to get up to speed quickly although there are some serious pitfalls if you say the wrong thing or don't say the right thing and I don't know that the training effectively managed you from staying out of trouble, it was something I had to pay attention to 100% of the time with 100% effort to be able to continue to work in the role.
