Training varies depending on line of business and level of employment.

In general, they have yearly training budget that employee can use for relevant training.

I quite liked the training actually

Paid training. Position is romanticized in the classroom. Once in production i felt misled because the unpleasantries of the job were never discussed. I was shown where and how to access most of the systems that I use daily, but not all and was only trained on how to use 2 of the 11 everyday systems. There are some rarely used systems that I wasn't even told how to find or that they were availaavailatil i was on the phone with a customer and had to ask a colleague.
