Variety of health plans - includes a high deductible (HSA) plan if you so desire. Many options and equal to other top companies.

It is nothing special, I think it is a pretty standard plan. Although it seems like it get more expensive every year, for 2016 it jumped about $150/month and probably due to affordable plan act that was suppose to lower everyone payment, but it did the reverse. I have the most expensive plan they offer right now because of some family medical needs and I pay $447/month for a family in 2016. It is managed by United Health care. I have a $25 co-pay, It has a $300/dollar deductible, with a $2300 maximum out of pocket limit per person and $4600 for the family.
If I would have gotten the next plan down it probably would have cost around $300 a month for a family and it would be sufficient for most people.

Health benefits are pretty standards and there are many options to choose from (i.e. HMO, PPO, etc.) Coverage is good and the employee out of pocket contribution is standard.
