I have heard the pension plan is good but its hard to calculate value. Mid-level employee with 30 years of service could easily accumulate $1MM in Pension Plan.

There's a defined contribution plan that is something like 10% of your salary invested into a pension plan. It's a 5-year vesting schedule, so lots of incentive to stay for 5 years if you can stand to work here for that long.
