Back in the day, Chico's used to give a 50% off discount to employees and family members. That was awesome! It is easier to sell the clothing if you are wearing it. When it changed to only 40%, I bought less and was disappointed. Not sure what went wrong. The discount was either abused or the company thought that they were losing too much money on it.
