Discount was good, was the only perk about working there.

Being a man, I didn't really have a need for the discount.

The best thing is that the employee discount rate was great. The worst thing is that I spent my entire pay check on clothes.

No clothing allowance, just a discount.

You can earn 65% on number of items depending on the season.

Higher percentage than most stores offer and additional discount given when certain store goals are mer.
