Job Training

Some of the training is quite good but other parts are learned just by doing and it depends on who you are working with, who teaches you. A lot of it, you just have to pick up on your own.

Learning and Development team does a great job on training offerings to all employees

Training was boring and long. I can read a Powerpoint myself. I don't need someone to read it to me.

In this area it was outstanding I learned even more to increase my resume being that I have been in retail for over 35 years now. I really enjoyed my merchandising Training.

Had to watch a bunch of videos that were made by out of touch HQ people. It was somewhat helpful. The Employee handbook that I received and had to read and sign was very vague and not really helpful. The employee training manual was ridiculous, not helpful and too long and confusing. I get some on the job training; however, since we are so overworked, there is no time to really train and mentor new staff.
