Honestly really great for a fast food job. Full tuition and reimbursement options. Also partially funded as well at many colleges and you get an education coach.

Same as most companies, you get up to 2500 after working for a year and must remain 6 months after. Recently they were so desperate for workers that they took out that one year minimum and it is available from first day.
