I love this idea. Because working at Chipotle is very hands on training on correct kitchen techniques and actual cooking and preparing food, it's perfect for those who want to get into the Culinary Arts. Other assistance is offered as well including Business and Management. It's a great benefit.

You have to work with Chipotle for a year to even apply for this benefit.
