Choice is only now growing their high end hotel brand. This means that if you want to stay at a nice hotel, it likely won't be Choice brand and the employee discount won't apply.

One cant get hotel quality mattress at a discount however Choice Hotel are primarily an economy hotel brand you can judge how good they could be. The offer a program to get hotel discounts which is great however many hotels in the franchise don't necessary honor discounts that are of any value. But you can get good deals at older, low class hotels if you just need a bed for the night.
