The benefit is good, covered for employees with buy-up options, plan coverage is good too. The company offers a standard insurance plan and an HSA option with employer contribution.

For the employee, the benefits are top notch; employer paid premium and great coverage. However, the cost of adding a dependent is pretty hefty, and the dental insurance isn't very good.
