The employee paid portion of the benefits is higher than other companies and the red tape required to get reimbursed is overwhelming. Example: There's a credit card that they issue for health care expenses but for every expense you are required to submit (fax in) supporting documentation. Not a very useful card and process especially when the card was used for a copay at a Dr's office or for contact lens replenishment.

Very complete plan, good coverage and very responsive. (Cisco self insures, but uses traditional health insurers to administer the benefits).

Insurance is a bit expensive. They don't cover everything. Most tech companies have a much better insurance plan.

Excellent coverage with HSAs partially funded as part of your basic benefit package. Gold star plan.

HSA is great, Out of pocket expenses can get high for some.... Out of network reimbursement can be painful.
