Its really great coverage and price. Giving 4 stars as other tech companies have even better health coverage at 100% premium covered. Cisco pays for 80% of the coverage.

The healhcare coverage is extremely comprehensive to say the least. This is by far the most comprehensive insurance I've ever had in my life. The HMO plan is awesome with no costs beyond your small paycheck contribution and copays.

Several to choose from. Good rates. Once you're signed up, it's pretty hassle free.

Very competitive pricing from one end of the spectrum of Health INsurance to the other. I use a PPO, and it was incredibly inexpensive. Cisco takes care of its employees from a monetary and benefits perspective.
