Very flexible. Butif the job needs you to be onsite, then you have to be. Cisco provides the Tele worker option where you dont get any assigned office space, but they provide all the equipments needed to get connected from home - router/ phone etc to be productive to work from home.

Cisco is a manufacturer of Telepresence systems and encourage workers to use them. They provided a DX80 model for my use at home, in addition to a VoIP phone with built in video conferencing, and all the WebEx teleconferencing I could ever want.

All the tools needed to be able to work remotely. Telecommuting and relocation is not a problem if you have supportive management.

Cisco is all about communication technology. If you can't work from home at Cisco, you can't work at home anywhere.

Most groups let you work from home quite often.
