Cisco sells work from home gear of course so one would think they would be all over supporting this. My experience is some teams or management structures are good (or at least ok) with it but more and more these days seem to disapprove of this. If allowed the equipment/tools are fine (webex is Cisco owned and the network/VPM setup is, of course, quite good and globally available)
