Best it’s 100% employer paid. However, the plans aren’t the absolute best if you frequent the doctors

They offer all of the standard benefits. The best part of the package is that the company covers the entire health insurance premiums. On the other hand, there is no 403b match.

Benefits and flexibility are great for parents and families, but limited in value for single employees - no retirement match, minimal tech stipend that's taxed and bring your own device policy, PTO isn't paid out and only 5 days roll over, no sabbatical options for longterm employees, commuter benefits were recently rescinded, performance bonuses are shrouded in mystery and capped at $1k, no time off for volunteering.

Best thing is 2 week winter break and summer Fridays to recharge.
