The best thing about benefits at Code.org is that it adjusts over time to benefit employees where most needed. The care and attention that was put into pivoting around Covid-19 was amazing.

Code.org provides a comprehensive benefits package that is incredibly family friendly/supportive.

Best: Solid health insurance plan that includes dental & vision, 403B with no matching, flexible work from home policy, winter office closure for 2 weeks every year during Christmas/new year period, 2 weeks paid paternity Could be better: 6 weeks paid maternity leave

Good health insurance, freedom to work from home when needed, and a long winter holiday every year. As a nonprofit there's a 403b instead of a 401k, and unfortunately no organization match.
