Excellent pension plan if you work there over 20 years.

401k matched at 4.5 percent but no pension

The retirement plan is only a 401k. There are some other benifits if you want to get them going but will cost a mint. The fact is that no private industry is offering any decent retirement benifits.

All new employees are automatically signed up for the company-matched 401k plan at 3%. The company matches dollar-for-dollar up to 4.5% (6% in 2018). There are a number of third-party programs available for investment advice. Managers, Directors and above have added retirement incentives and receive additional bonus.

when you retire you have to 10 years in the company
