401k and roth options as well as employee stock purchase options

Very good retirement benefit , but over the years has seen some decline .

When I first started, the plan was great as you could purchase into the Comcast A Stock, but as of 2016, they decided that in 2017 they are going to buy back the stock and this is unfair to employees who diverisified more into the company vs. mutual funds.

this is good and quite generous

The 401k plan is pretty standard, and comparable to those offered by other large companies. The Fidelity workplace investment site is pretty useful and makes it easy to view and manage investments.

Comcast offers a great retirement plan, do not know much about it

Very good, similar to that of most companies.

mainly 401K and employee discount on stock. Stock purchase is immediately vested and huge discount on lowest quarterly price. Buy it!
