401k plan and Roth 401(k) plans are offered through Fidelity Investments. Commonwealth has a FOUR YEAR Vesting Policy which is unheard of in Financial Services. This should be a warning sign. Typically companies have a one year vesting policy. You are eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan on the first day of employment. Commonwealth matches $.50 for every dollar, up to 10% of base salary plus year end deferred.
