Cost of living and inflation are going up while my salary has not been keeping pace. I have a hard time paying my bills and having much left over to contribute to a 401K. The plan is reasonably good but I wish I was more well off financially so that I could take full advantage of the benefit.

The 401K plan is great at Commonwealth. There are many fund options to choose from at Fidelity and the company contributes 50% of your first 10% contribution so you employer match adds up quickly if you contribute at least 10% to the fund.

Pretty good matching rate I think its better than most. They match 50% up to 10% contribution.

Company match of .5% for every 1% of voluntary contribution up to 10%. 5 year vesting period, which is pretty long. Not too impressed by the 401k plan as I have had better in the past.
