It's hard to use your PTO, and it's not paid out if you leave the company with time banked.

They offer fair amount PTO

They offer PTO but there isn't a good option to take time off. You can't even take off comp time for working weekends without getting constantly called on a day off or requested to meet with a patient or family. There is no provision for coverage at all and the "occasional weekend or evening work" became an expected standard. So offering the benefit doesn't mean anything when you can't plan on taking time off.
