Good pto earning but difficulty using them due to lack of coverage while I was off. Not allowed to get vacations approved until you have coverage but there was no one to cover as so many staff left other sites.

They give a pretty good PTO rate however are funny in the way that they allow you to use it. You almost feel like your in trouble because how could you leave the office for a week or two....

There was more than enough work life balance. The vacation package for the first year was great. I believe there were 3 weeks paid vacation starting off.

You lose all accrued PTO when you leave the company- it is not paid out. Can't take PTO once you give notice either. This huge drawback since you work to earn PTO.

Lots of PTO available, but don't bother using it. If you take a day off, you still need to make up all of those missed contacts from your day off. Which means, if you take off a Monday, the rest of your week will be spent playing catch up. If you don't make it up by Friday afternoon, you will find yourself working a Saturday or Sunday... just because you elected to use a day of PTO.

generous numbers of days, but depending on current staffing your request may not get approved

Would be a 5 if you didn't lose accrued days if not used.
Lots of days pto -- if, of course, there are colleagues in your discipline to cover in your absence -- otherwise difficult to actually schedule your earned time off

There is no separate sick time, it is all rolled into PTO
