Starting 1-Sep-2023 all staff are expected to return to the office 2 days a week. This doesn't apply to telecommuting staff with Work from home contracts on file. Flexibility is important, so the first step is to keep a majority of the time remote. However, anyone that wants to work full-time in the office will have a desk waiting for them. We want to take advantage of all the benefits of remote and in-office days have to offer.

I greatly appreciate the flexibility offered to work from home.

I miss seeing people in the office

They have the right technology in place to allow working from home frequently if you job responsibilities do not require physical presence.
