There are not any benefits. I put in for PTO and VTO, I was denied both and did not get paid for the PTO hours at the end of the season. They said that since we're closing then we couldn't get approved but that's unacceptable because we'd put in a 2-3 week advance notice for the PTO.

Some company perks were great, but health, dental, and vision benefits increased every year. So I found myself choosing a plan that didn't have as many benefits or going with a different provider because it was cheaper.
