Concentrix benefits

No defined benefit pension, insurance is high, no company contribution to 401k.

They offer a standard benefit package with the option to opt for higher tier health plans, and 401k.

No benefits for at least 90day after hired

401k is not good. Very little matching of contributions, and they use Wells Fargo as funds manager, which offers funds with high fees associated. Few paid holidays, maybe 6 during the year, which does not include the Friday after Thanksgiving.

That it doesn’t apply to people who work part time with them. Am not really sure though.dont think they are great.

There are none they begrudgingly give days off. No-one in that place know what is going on from when shift differential start and how much or any policies whatsoever!

Company offers medical/dental/vision to all full-time employees after 90 days. There is often snacks given out as well as entertainment in the break room (xbox, computers, Foosball table.

Overall Great benefit pkg...During my Employment with Concentrix, there were some payroll issues pertaining to the Candidate holding the Payroll position.

Best thing: specialist visit is only $30 co-pay.
