I was offered part time (35 hrs) therefore, no benefits. But they do offer a 401k. A very weak 401k.

Basic package that most companies offer. They may forget that you signed up for it so you may have to sign up multiple times.

The best thing is that the self insurance is affordable and that you don't have to pick all three benefits for coverage. The worst thing is that family coverage is not affordable, practically your entire paycheck.
