Job Training

The job training was great. The training gets you ready for your fist day on the floor alone. They really stress the rules and the right way to do things.

Depending on the Cracker Barrel I’m sure, the training is awful. I was given the basic training any employee would get, however it wasn’t necessarily specific to my job. I was taught solely by another employee who had been working there. After he was fired the management explained to me a plethora of things that I was doing incorrectly. It would have been nice for them to tell me within the first five months of me working there.

Just watched a bunch of videos and took a test on the comprehension.

You need none to get the job and you get very little on the job
