I had an excellent trainer that ended up leaving the company... because they didn't want to work with him and his schedule

You have trainers to help teach and guide you. They help you learn your job and answer your questions.

2 weeks of training for new stores and continued training from "red shirts" for 4 more weeks. So much yelling and screaming, lots of people quit before we even got started. 2 days of training for new employees after opening and the skills trainers are not very trained themselves. Might be different for other positions, I don't know.

The training is different and unique from most companies. It's a school like setting and there are always meetings and quizzes on the computer. I enjoyed the fact that there was support for continued training and to keep the employees up to date on company standards.
