Best thing to work at Cru is the environment is healthy and for personal growth. Worst thing is limited growth within company due to people staying so long in their roles.

Coverage is good, I think. There are several different tiers to choose from. Healthcare is paid for out of donations raised by each individual employee, not paid by central funds from Cru, so the employee chooses what cost and level of health coverage they want.

Expensive monthly (what insurance isn’t?) but adequate coverage - it’s nice to have different tiers available.

BCBS. A big benefit for RMO employees is the ability to reimburse out of pocket medical expenses.

Overall decent insurance. Would have appreciated birth control aka hormones to be covered for medical purposes, not just actual birth control.

Good plans and coverage, but high monthly premiums.
