The plans offered are great for covering both individuals and families. Many people had their non-Cru staff spouses or children on their plans as well. Free dental insurance was offered with health insurance.

It's a solid PPO plan from BCBS and you can choose which level to opt into, but they were all great. Out of pocket medical costs are also reimbursable.

The Health Insurance package for a family was very expensive... almost $900 a month. That did cover medical and dental though.
