Offered, but fewer than any company I have ever worked for. You are allowed to carry them over year to year to an extent, so if you don't get sick a lot, it can be ok. Then again, who even offers "sick days" anymore. If you are mildly ill, you should be able to work from home instead of coming in and infecting everyone with a cold. If you are more seriously ill, you should be able to just use expanded PTO.

Sick days are what they are, you get 4 days a year that roll over every year so they add up over time.
