BCBS Insurance with PPO Plans

Worst part is the 3000 Deductible for Single employee

Have a great list of in network doctors and medical professionals.

Health Insurance premiums are on high side.

It is a typical High Deductible Health plan. I much preferred the PPO plan, however that was discontinued in 2015, I believe

Best: Contribution of $600 based on health point collected throughout the year by staying active

High deductible but low monthly payment

It is really good I really like it. It makes me feel good knowing that it is so good and that being so good it will help me in a good way because of how good it is and being as good as it is provides good things to good people who work at Cummins.

Expensive options. but that is not really their fault.
