The coverage is through empire bluecross, which I haven't had any problems with as far as coverage and in-network. I participate in the higher cost insurance, which gives a lower deductible, more coverage etc., and I can use my FSA to cover the deductible. Overall satisfied with the benefits, and there is a yearly physical for anyone working in a lab, and that is free.

Monthly premiums are not too expensive. Since 2016 there's 10% copay on most services which is a lot.
