Pros

Not many pros to list

Cons

This company promotes burnout. They have such high turnover because they don’t treat their analysts like human beings. If you’re a POC, stay far away from this company. They will pay you less and treat you horribly.

Pros

I have enjoyed my few years at Curia, great training provided me the opportunity to keep learning and progressing through the job grades. Lots of opportunities to develop and move into other departments to grow career. Great culture, everyone supports each other especially across the shift teams. Good sense of pride in the work that we do for Curia.

Cons

Working early and back took a couple of months to get used to. Production can have quiet and then extremely busy periods which is due to the type of business.
