Great plan really. You bought stock and at then end of the year they would give you a bonus for the stock you owned. Added up to about $500 bonus one year.

This is a solid plan. You put in say $10 per paycheck for an entire quarter (3 months) and at the end of each quarter, the money is then spent on that last day of the quarter to buy as much company stock at a 15% discount on that days price. So off the bat, you've already made some money.

Talk about them sitting on there employees backs they force it on you and besides the money amount that they take out of your check besides the amount for taxes, plus if the stock dropps they wil say nothing to you
