Dish sells shares with a 15% discount every quarter.

Limited to Fidelity Investment which is difficult to work with. There are limit amount, but if you are working at the starter rate you can put almost all your pay in to stock with is 15% discount from the closing of the quarter?! this wasn't very clear. You have to pay Fidelity for commission on trade, they charge twice more than my regular broker.

They emphasize stock purchase. Dish stock perform well fairly consistently so it's not a bad deal.

Not much of a benefit there.

Normal ESPP compared to other companies that offer this.
