Health Insurance

Cvent has been working hard to improve their benefits package over the last few years and has made some great strides. 401k match is better than middling, health care plan is excellent for a single person, good smattering of misc perks at work, and newly added maternity/paternity benefits are a great addition. Keep up the great work, Cvent HR!!

HR decided to switch so we can no longer have Blue Cross Blueshield, moved everyone to Cigna and raised the cost for 2018.

Only 3 options with a single provider

Health benefit was ok. Company offered multiple options for health insurance plan.

Benefits offered are very broad.

good health plan and cheap if its only you add one person and it goes really high

Costly benefits and expensive copay.

Competitive benefits to include medical, dental & vision. They have a high plan and a low plan.
