The employee discount was great. Employees received 40% off in addition to the discounts offered at the store. For example if a pair of shoes were at 70% off in the store; you received the 70% discount in addition to your 40%.

I love it wish it would apply to clearance

30% off non clearance items. You cannot combine the discount with promotions or coupons, but you can have a Rewards account.

You only get 30% off full price items, you can’t use your discount on clearance items anymore.

No longer receive an additional 30% off clearance only full price items. Instead you get to earn the $10 reward certificates along with customers. However you can't use the majority of store coupons that customers get to use.

We no longer get a discount on clearance which is where I loved to shop.
