Typical 30% off but you can get rewards on top of that

Every employee gets 30% discount on all DSW products whether online or in store.

The discount is nice, but we no longer are able to use it on clearance items as well - this was a shock for the associates who had worked a long time, but now that we are used to it, it's alright. Also, if a shoe is on clearance already at a lower percentage than our discount, we don't get the better deal. However, the employee discount is great and I have a ton of pairs of shoes thanks to this. Further, you get a discount at ValueCity.

It's great to get a 30% discount on shoes but you can't get a discount on Clearance shoes which can still be quite expensive. A 30% discount is appreciated but I haven't actually purchased any shoes because the regular prices are quite high.
