Job Training

A mix of tablet training going over the basics, company culture and values, policies, procedures, and shadowing. For the most part you have to jump in and learn as you go.

Just boring... but helpful I guess.

3 days of training over a week time. Very good background on the company.

You spend a few days training on a tablet to be sure you feel comfortable before interacting with shoelovers.

They do train you which is great. And my managers are very patient and kind. There are many different processes and programs to learn and I found it overwhelming at times, but you do figure it out in time and my managers are patient and understanding. If they weren't, it would make the job harder to deal with.

Very thorough and steady

The general manger doesn't spend real one on one training with employees .

Consistent but short. Alone on iPad then an hour with a manager.

They train you very well and it's really not a hard job, so it's far from complicated. Some of it got repetitive and some of it was just unnecessarily long.
