Job training is fairly easy and quick but depending on who trains you can determine whether or not you'll be as successful as you need to be for your position.

Training is a loose term at this company. It's all very hands-on with most of the training consisting of 10-15 minutes watching informative videos on a tablet.

I came in a very busy time and i got sent to the register right away, i never used one before and it was really busy so i had to learn in a rushed way, making many mistakes and holding up the line. They do have training on a tablet, they just didnt have me to it until weeks later when I already learned the register. But the tablet is very helpful.

Hands on training, but sometimes other associates will help with training process. This can be problematic if that sales associate is not training the new employee properly.

Sales associate training is 3 days working though a program that is on a windows tablet, then they have you working the register and floors while shadowing other employees.

They make you do tablet work for four days- it is AWFUL! 1. you learn nothing 2. its common sense 3. you need to be hands on to actually understand how to use the register 4. they need a new training method 5. the majority of our current staff never did training so they are still learning
