Health insurance plan is top notch. Out of pocket cost for the employee is kept at a minimum. Very low copays and deductibles.

The health and dental insurance is good. They typically pay for half, you have to be a full time employee to receive the benefits but they are worth it

Overall Daikin has good benefits. The only con would be they do not have any type of reimbursement for gyms or lifestyle and their vacation policy in the first five years is pretty low.
