Comprehensive benefits package available to all full time employees

I think it is a standard policy - if not a little better. They have a couple of options.

Choices keep dwindling each year.

The health insurance for a full time employee with family coverage is very good. Ceridian makes the commitment to pay a majority of the monthly premium. The various plans and premium levels offered cover a wide range of needs.

Premiums are fairly low but the administrator is not great (UHC) - too many exclusions and lack of good options for mental health and alternative medicine. I have to use out of network which has a separate deductible.

HMO, PPO, or High deductible PPO options offered for whatever you prefer along with FSA or HSA cards.

Expensive and the copay is high

It is widely accepted by healthcare professionals

Great options, still seems expensive, even with 50/50 split of costs
