Deloitte's 401k plan is managed by Vanguard, and I have been pretty unhappy with the offerings Vanguard has available for us. There are a ton of Vanguards accounts that the plan does not allow us to invest in (and every one I want to invest in), such as the Value Weighted Index funds. The plan does offer the traditional 401k as well as Roth 401k. The Vanguard advisers I have talked with have been extremely helpful (and free), but even they agree that our plan is quite limited, and that the funds they usually would suggest for investors are not among the Deloitte plan's options. Deloitte matches up to 1/4 on a maximum of 6% of annual salary. So if you make $100k and contribute 6% into the 401k ($6,000), Deloitte would have a matching contribution of $1,500. So really they have a 1.5% match max. The matching contributions vest 20% after 1 year, 40% after 2 years, 60% after 3 years, and 100% after 4 years.

The match trails the industry compared to other professional services firms.
