Options are mostly tied to vanguard which has its good and bad

25% matching an up to 6% of eligible total salary contributed by employer to 401k plan

Depending on choice it is decent. They have matching policy.

-Only mathces .25 if you invest a full 6% of salary

Horrible 401k match. They match 1/4 of your contribution for up to 6% of your contribution (i.e. if you contribute 6% or more they contribute 1.5%) and even that tiny 1.5% is not vested until you stay with Deloitte for 4 years.

Very low matching and very long vesting schedule.

Only 1.5% match if you max it out (my last 2 employers were 3% and 6%).

Match is very little compared to other employers

Matching 50% up to 6%. It should just be a 3% match.
